Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Sawtak Arabi’s website, dashboard and API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Sawtak Arabi for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Provide accurate account information. Protect your email account, sign-in links and API keys, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the applications and people you authorise to use your account. Do not sell or transfer account access or API keys.
Using the service
Sawtak Arabi provides speech generation and voice cloning. Available features and rates are shown in the service. You may integrate the API into your applications, subject to these terms, applicable law and the rights of the people whose data or voices you use.
Do not circumvent authentication, billing or technical safeguards, interfere with other users, extract our models or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it. Do not use our outputs to train a competing speech model. Rights in our software, models and branding remain with us or their respective owners.
Your content and voice permissions
You retain the rights you have in your uploaded text, recordings and other content. As between you and Sawtak Arabi, we do not claim ownership of the audio generated for you. These terms do not create copyright where the law does not recognise it or give you rights in another person’s voice, likeness or material.
You permit us to process, store and transmit your content as needed to deliver and secure the service, including through service providers. We do not use your content to train our models. If you choose to publish a voice, you must have permission for that public use.
Obtain the speaker’s informed consent before cloning a voice. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and for reviewing outputs before sharing or using them. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the voice-consent and disclosure requirements.
Prices, credits and billing questions
Usage is charged against your balance at the rates displayed in the service. Different features have different billing units, such as characters, audio duration or a voice clone. Promotional signup credit, where offered, has no cash value and is not refundable. Do not create multiple accounts to obtain it repeatedly.
Protect your balance by securing API keys and monitoring the applications that use them. Paid requests may be refused when available credit is insufficient. We will notify you by email before a price change affects you.
For a billing error, failed paid request or refund question, contact support with the relevant request or transaction ID. Applicable service rules determine whether a usage charge is reversed; not every cancelled or interrupted request qualifies. Any mandatory refund, cancellation or other consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. A separate written agreement may set additional billing terms for a business customer.
Availability and output quality
The service is in beta and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not provide an uptime commitment unless separately agreed in writing. Generated speech can contain mistakes. Review it before relying on it, particularly in consequential situations.
We may update or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Saved history has retention limits described in the Privacy Policy; keep your own copies of content you need to retain.
Suspension and account closure
We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, violations of these terms or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error. We will review the information you provide.
You may stop using the service and delete your account through account settings. Account closure does not erase outstanding payment obligations or records we must retain for justified legal or accounting purposes. Content deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a problem arises, contact support so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration process or waive your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
We will email account holders before a significant change takes effect and update the date above. If you disagree, stop using the service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
