Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to content submitted to Sawtak Arabi, generated outputs and applications using our API. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Clone your own voice or a voice whose speaker has knowingly agreed to the intended use. Keep evidence of that permission. A recording being publicly available does not establish consent. Our service does not permit cloning children, public figures, politicians or deceased people.

Permission to create a private clone does not automatically include permission to publish it or let others use it. Obtain permission for public use before publishing a voice. If the speaker withdraws that permission, stop the affected use and remove the published voice. Contact support if you need help removing a voice or material you cannot control.

Deception and impersonation

Do not use generated speech to impersonate someone deceptively, obtain money or information by fraud, bypass voice authentication, or falsely imply that a person made a statement or endorsement.

Identify AI-generated speech when listeners could reasonably mistake it for an authentic recording. Identify automated callers at the start of a call. Obtain any legally required consent for calls and recordings, and respect requests to stop contact.

Harmful and unlawful content

Do not use the service to create, distribute or facilitate:

  • Sexual exploitation of children or child sexual abuse material.
  • Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse or incitement to violence or self-harm.
  • Non-consensual sexual impersonation or abusive exposure of private information.
  • Election disinformation, fraudulent instructions to voters or deceptive political impersonation.
  • Content or activity that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Abuse of the service

Do not steal, share publicly or sell API keys; access another person’s account without permission; or evade credit balances, technical limits, suspensions or other safeguards. Do not repeatedly claim promotional signup credit through multiple accounts.

Do not disrupt the service, probe other users’ private data, extract models or scrape protected content. Do not use generated outputs to train a competing speech model. Ordinary use of the published API within your applications is permitted under our Terms of Service.

Reports and enforcement

Report misuse or an unauthorised clone of your voice to support@sawtakarabi.ai. Include the relevant link, voice or request ID, a description of the issue and enough information for us to assess your rights. Do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive documents.

We may investigate reports, remove content or restrict access as described in our Terms of Service. If you believe we acted in error, reply with the relevant information and ask for a review. Our Privacy Policy explains how support and account information is handled.
